Inside Sales Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC or possible remote office location

LearningStation, Inc. offers custom web desktops for schools. The Education Desktop provides engaging tools and applications for enhanced teaching and authentic learning. As a result, exciting growth opportunities exist for a team-oriented professional who is driven to make a difference.

The successful candidate will identify key prospects and develop strategic relationships with partners in various commerce and distribution channels. The individual in this role will be responsible for prospecting, on-line presentations, analyzing potential financial terms and negotiating contracts.

This professional will initiate and manage relationships, as resources are required, working within assigned vertical markets to maximize profitable relationships in respective target industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling to the K12 education market
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proven track record of identifying and closing complex business transactions
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills including verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to deal with all levels of management and customers successfully
  • Self-starting, goal-oriented individual who can function independently
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
