Education Desktop Named 2005 SIIA Codie Award Finalist for Best Web-Based Instructional Solution
Charlotte, N.C.— January 13, 2005 LearningStation’s Education DesktopSM was nominated for Best Web-Based Instructional Solution by The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for its 20th Annual Codie Awards.
The Education DesktopSM serves as a customized portal for teachers and students, supporting learning through access to the innovative applications and simple-to-use tools.LearningStation customizes the desktop in order to meet the unique needs of each district or school.

Established in 1986, The Codie Awards is the longest-running awards program in the software and information industry. More than 1,000 nominations were submitted by over 800 companies for the 2005 awards, breaking the record set in 2004.
