Inspiration Software Visual Learning Products Now Available From LearningStation

Inspiration Software’s award-winning visual learning software products, Inspiration and Kidspiration, are now available to K-12 schools from LearningStation®, the nation’s leading full-service Application Service Provider (ASP) serving the K-12 education market. The two companies today announced a strategic alliance to offer schools the ability to access Inspiration and Kidspiration online, anytime, anywhere via AppCacheSM, a revolutionary ASP delivery model that assures the same quality experience users expect from Inspiration Software. This per-user yearly subscription model automatically installs and configures Inspiration’s products on any computer with Internet access, allowing for access anytime from school or home.

 As a result of this agreement, LearningStation will offer Inspiration and Kidspiration through the Education DesktopSM platform to schools across the nation using AppCache technology.  This technology loads a protected version of the software on the user’s particular computer and saves it for future access. After that, subscribing students and teachers simply log-in to their online Education Desktops, click the Inspiration icon and instantly start using the program.  Users can choose to keep files on a local hard drive or in their virtual Backpack which they can access from any online computer.
