LearningStation Expands Sales Team to Support Continued Growth
Kalonji Martin and Courtney Pederson provide rich education market knowledge
Charlotte, N.C. — October 3, 2005 LearningStation is pleased to welcome Kalonji J. Martin and Courtney Pederson to their sales team. Martin joins the company as AVP of Business Development. Pederson has been appointed Application Sales Specialist. Both have significant experience within the education technology industry.
Martin joins LearningStation from Thinkronize, where he held the position of Director – Business Partner Sales. He managed the Business Partner division, helping to triple and then double year-over-year national business partner revenue in his first two years. Prior to Thinkronize, Martin held positions at AOL@SCHOOL, a division of America Online, and Connors Communications. Responsibilities at those two organizations included strategic sales, marketing and communications.
Pederson joins LearningStation after a four-year period at Inspiration Software where she held the position of product specialist. While at Inspiration, Pederson managed accounts for 2,500 school districts in 12 states. Pederson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.
